Kelly has also defended employers who face discrimination or other employment suits, when she believes the employer has been wrongfully accused.

Kelly has successfully handled claims of discrimination based on sex, race, age, disability, religion, color, national origin, and sexual orientation. She has handled a variety of restrictive covenant cases -- including non-compete agreements, non-solicitation provisions, and other types of covenants.
